About the Founder

Kushal Kodnad, the founder of CanSym, is a freshman at UC Berkeley studying Electrical Engineering & Computer Science (EECS). He is a passionate machine learning/data science researcher and mentor. Kushal has worked on several AI-related research projects, and he seeks to contribute to cutting-edge technologies to improve public health.

 

Kushal founded CanSym in memory of his grandfather, who succumbed to lung cancer in 2018 due to delayed diagnosis.
